Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing the team's performance, and making key decisions. With your expertise in SAP Quality Management (QM), you will provide innovative solutions and contribute to the overall success of the project.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME in SAP Quality Management (QM)- Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively- Responsible for team decisions and ensuring their successful implementation- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions- Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams- Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications- Act as the primary point of contact for the project- Ensure successful implementation of the application development process Professional & Technical

Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM)- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI- Hands-on experience implementing various machine learning algorithms- Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity
