Must have skills : SAP TM Transportation Management, SAP EWM Good to have skills : SAP ABAP Development for HANAMinimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your day will involve overseeing the application development process and collaborating with team members to ensure project success.The SAP TM resource requires hands-on experience in SAP TM to lead and support the development of SAP TM Functional, Technical and Integration design document. As well as support and perform the configuration of SAP TM solution. As well the interaction of SAP TM and SAP S4This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient transportation and yard management capabilities, as well as aligning business planning processes with strategic objectives to align with the client roadmap. Roles & Responsibilities:-Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements, challenges, and objectives-Hands-on experience in SAP TM to lead and support the development of SAP TM Functional, Technical and Integration design document-Define KPIs and metrics, strategies to measure and optimize them for our clients-Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in Fulfillment and leverage this knowledge to enhance our consulting offerings. Professional & Technical Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering/Industrial Distribution, or a related field. MBA is highly desirable.- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP TM Transportation Management, SAP EWM- 12 years plus with multiple SAP TM implementations- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their full potential.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and effectively convey complex concepts.- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights and recommendations.- Proven project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Preferred if candidate has relevant Supply Chain certifications- Availability to travel may be required.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP ABAP Development for HANA- Strong understanding of SAP TM Transportation Management- Experience in SAP EWM implementation and configuration- Knowledge of SAP TM integration with other SAP modules- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP TM Transportation Management.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
