Must have skills : Endpoint Extended Detection and Response Good to have skills : Endpoint Protection, Network Security Implementation Minimum 15 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :The Endpoint/Interface Strategy Architect is responsible for developing and executing the company's endpoint and interface strategy. This includes defining the vision, roadmap, and requirements for all endpoint and interface technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of endpoint and interface technologies, as well as experience in developing and executing complex strategies. The role covers all devices that connect to Accenture network ranging from laptops, IOT, OT to wearables. This is a hands on role to innovate our approach to devices connecting to Accenture network. Deep knowledge of Accenture networking, security and application landscape are key as we look to shape holistic strategic solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Define the company's endpoint and interface strategy Develop the roadmap for endpoint and interface technologies Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders Work with engineering teams to develop and implement endpoint and interface solutions Conduct proof-of-concepts (PoCs) for new technologies Stay up-to-date on the latest endpoint and interface technologies Develop and maintain the company's endpoint and interface security posture Work with other architects and engineers to ensure that the company's endpoint and interface architecture is aligned with the overall business strategyProfessional & Technical Skills: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field 8+ years of experience within Global IT in an architecture or engineering capacity Strong understanding of endpoint and interface technologies, including RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures Experience in developing and executing complex strategies Experience in working with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements Experience in working with engineering teams to develop and implement solutions Experience with PoCs for new technologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressureNetworking and security skills: Strong understanding of networking concepts, such as IP addressing, routing, and switching Familiarity with different networking technologies, such as firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers Deep understanding of security concepts, such as threats, vulnerabilities, and controls Familiarity with different security technologies, such as intrusion detection systems (IDS), intrusion prevention systems (IPS), and firewalls Deep understanding of endpoint security threats, such as malware, ransomware, and phishing attacks Familiarity with different endpoint security solutions, such as antivirus, anti-malware, and firewall software Working knowledge of cloud security concepts, such as data encryption, access control, and identity and access management (IAM) Familiarity with different cloud security technologies, such as cloud firewalls, cloud access control lists (ACLs), and cloud intrusion detection systems (IDS) Familiarity with DevSecOps principles and practices Understanding of how to integrate security into the software development lifecycle (SDLC) Understanding of how to automate security testingCore endpoint vendors: CrowdStrike SentinelOne Microsoft Defender for Endpoint VMware Carbon Black Symantec Endpoint Protection McAfee Endpoint Security Palo Alto Networks Cortex EndpointThe Endpoint/Interface Strategy Architect is a critical role in any organization that relies on endpoints to conduct business. By having a strong understanding of networking, security, and endpoint security, along with a historical knowledge of Accentures landscape, the Endpoint/Interface Strategy Architect can help to protect their organization from a variety of threats Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Endpoint Protection.
