Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills : Calypso Good to have skills : Java Enterprise Edition Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with teams to develop solutions that align with business needs and requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME. Collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Lead the design and development of scalable applications. Implement best practices for application development. Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality standards are met. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Calypso, Java Enterprise Edition. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle. Experience in designing and implementing complex applications. Knowledge of database management systems. Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Calypso. This position is based at our Noida office. A 15 years full-time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
