Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, overseeing project timelines, and facilitating communication among stakeholders. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing guidance and support to your team while ensuring that best practices are followed throughout the development process. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of application projects and fostering a collaborative environment. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an Architect/SME advising the client on Python version, functionalities, features to be used for the business problems.- Work with client stakeholders independently to propose solutions across various business challenges - Should be able to operate in cross cultural , client embedded architecutre team and drive decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide cross functional solutions to problems that apply across multiple agile teams..- Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills.- Identify Risk and propose mitigation plans.- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).- Strong understanding of application architecture and design principles.- Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.- Familiarity with database management and data modeling.- Cloud- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
