Must have skills : User Experience (UX) Design Good to have skills : NAMinimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the applications meet user needs and business objectives. You will engage in discussions to gather requirements, provide insights, and guide the development process, ensuring that the final product aligns with the overall vision and strategy of the organization. You will also oversee the application lifecycle, ensuring that all aspects of the design and implementation are executed effectively and efficiently, while fostering a collaborative environment among team members and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and refine application designs.- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in application development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.- Strong understanding of interaction design principles and best practices.- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.- Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design.- This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
