Must have skills : .Net Full Stack Development, React.js Good to have skills : NA Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the development process and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME. Collaborate and manage the team to perform. Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of projects, including vulnerability and obsolescence remediation, and software development initiatives Develop detailed IT work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports. Assign tasks and ensure that all activities under the team's responsibility are performed on schedule within quality standards. Experience in .Net Framework / .NET CORE technology stack, with at least 3 years' experience in projects and people management Responsible for team decisions. Experience in leading, coaching, and developing a diverse team of technical and non-technical professionals Driving the continuous improvement of tools, processes, and governance Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. Act as the primary point of contact for the project. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members. Ensure successful project delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development, React.js. Software Development Knowledge. Firm understanding of SDLC Experience in working in Waterfall and Agile settings Excellent experience with C#, .Net Framework, .Net CORE, ASP.NET MVC Experience in architecture, design, creation and delivery of solutions API and Web Services Proficient in modern web front end development using JQuery/Angular, React and Typescript Understanding of RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture Proficiency with build automation tools and version control tools, e.g. GitLab, Azure DevOps Strong understanding of software development lifecycle. Experience in leading application development projects. Knowledge of cloud technologies and deployment. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 14 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development. This position is based at our Mumbai office.
