Job Title: Application Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Application Executive to manage the complete student application process. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and timely submission of applications to universities and agent portals, while maintaining effective coordination with students, counselors, and internal teams. Freshers with the right skills and willingness to learn are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end processing of student applications to international universities.
• Collect, verify, and organize all required student documents.
• Coordinate closely with counselors and students to ensure accurate and error-free application submissions.
• Follow up with universities and agent portals to track application status.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all applications.
• Provide timely updates to students and internal teams regarding application progress, offers, and outcomes.
• Assist in streamlining application processes and improving overall efficiency.

Eligibility & Skills:

• Graduates or freshers are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ability to maintain application trackers.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple applications.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
