Application Developer

As an IN Application Developer Open Source, you will be required to demonstrate strong proficiency in JavaScript/Core Java and related technologies. Your hands-on experience with Node.js and frameworks such as Express will be essential for the role. A deep understanding of asynchronous programming, along with its quirks and workarounds, will be necessary to excel in this position. Additionally, you should possess a good understanding of server-side templating languages, CSS pre-processors, and databases such as MySQL, DB2, or Oracle (at least one required). Furthermore, basic knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML5 and CSS3 is expected from you. You will also need to have an understanding of security compliance and user authentication & authorization across systems and environments. Experience in integrating multiple data sources and databases into a single system, as well as familiarity with messaging systems like Kafka or similar, will be beneficial for this role. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining server-side applications using Node.js. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering, analysis, and implementation. Ensuring the security, scalability, and performance of applications, integrating multiple data sources and services into unified systems, and working on asynchronous programming patterns to improve efficiency are key aspects of this role.
