Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of enterprise collaboration solutions using Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Office 365, etc.) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agent).
Define and maintain technical architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, security compliance, and alignment with business and IT strategies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and actionable solutions.
Develop and support Power Platform solutions, including applications, workflows, and AI-driven chatbots for employee and user engagement.
Provide technical guidance, best practices, and governance to ensure seamless user experience.
Integrate Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions with Azure services, third-party applications, and enterprise systems.
Utilize Power BI for data visualization and analytics within Microsoft ecosystem solutions.
Apply Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines for solution deployment and lifecycle management.
