You will collaborate with teams to ensure successful project delivery and contribute to key decisions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead innovation initiatives within the team - Implement best practices for application development - Mentor junior team members Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) - Strong understanding of cloud-based application development - Experience with API integration and microservices architecture - Hands-on experience with front-end and back-end development - Knowledge of Agile methodologies Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
