Must have skills : Appian Process Automation Good to have skills : NAMinimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed according to specifications and delivered on time. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team, analyzing business requirements, designing application solutions, and implementing them using the Appian Process Automation platform. You will also be involved in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting applications to ensure their functionality and performance. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Design and build applications using the Appian Process Automation platform.- Configure and customize applications to meet business process requirements.- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.- Develop and maintain technical documentation for applications.- Test, debug, and troubleshoot applications to ensure their functionality and performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Appian Process Automation.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with other process automation platforms.- Strong understanding of business process management and workflow automation.- Experience in designing and implementing complex business processes using Appian.- Knowledge of Appian best practices and design patterns.- Familiarity with Appian SAIL, Appian Records, and Appian Tempo.- Experience in integrating Appian with external systems using web services.- Ability to analyze and optimize application performance. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Appian Process Automation.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
