Your typical day will revolve around creating innovative solutions and ensuring seamless application functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams Lead the team in implementing effective performance testing strategies Analyze and optimize application performance Develop and maintain performance testing frameworks Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Performance Testing Strategy Strong understanding of performance testing tools and methodologies Experience in load testing, stress testing, and scalability testing Knowledge of performance monitoring and tuning techniques Experience in analyzing performance test results Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Performance Testing Strategy This position is based at our Hyderabad office A 15 years full-time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
