Your typical day will involve working on User Experience (UX) Design, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of user-centered design solutions, ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications that meet business process and application requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and designers, to ensure the delivery of user-centered design solutions that meet business process and application requirements. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and ensure the delivery of user-centered design solutions that meet business process and application requirements. Create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications that meet business process and application requirements. Stay updated with the latest advancements in User Experience (UX) Design, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage, including experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in User Experience (UX) Design. Good To Have Skills:Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Experience conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions to stakeholders. Solid grasp of design tools and technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful user-centered design solutions.
