Must have skills : SAP Ariba Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in developing solutions to enhance business operations and efficiency. Must-Have Requirements:SAP S/4HANA Central Procurement (S/4 CP):Deep understanding of purchasing functionalities in S/4 Central Procurement (e.g., central purchase requisitions, centrally managed (proxy PRs), centrally managed purchase orders, central contracts, central supplier confirmations). Experience configuring and managing Flexible Workflow for procurement approvals in S/4 CP. Familiarity with the Automation Framework in S/4 CPH Integration experience between S/4HANA Central Procurement and backend ERP systems (e.g., processing of PRs, POs and confirmations in connected ERPs, PO collaboration scenarios). Techno-functional skill set – comfortable with system configuration as well as troubleshooting process and integration issues. Nice-to-Have Qualifications:Experience integrating S/4HANA Central Procurement with third-party sourcing tools (such as Fairmarkit or Fieldglass). Exposure to broader S/4HANA Central Procurement capabilities beyond core purchasing (e.g., supplier management, central analytics, central contracts management, etc.). SAP SRM and MS Teams workflow integration with S/4 CPH knowledge is a plus but not mandatory. Soft Skills Communication:Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to IT and business audiences. Critical Thinking:Capable of evaluating and selecting optimal solution paths. Problem-Solving:Strong troubleshooting skills for integration or unknown issues. Adaptability:Able to adjust quickly to new tools, (SAP) SaaS environments, and stakeholder requirements. Leadership:Can guide solution design, take initiative in projects, and mentor others as needed. Learning Agility:Eager to learn new technologies or SAP features and keep up with SaaS evolution.
