Project Role : Application Developer Project Role Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Must have skills : Selenium Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : Min Grad Summary :As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using Selenium. Your typical day will involve working with the development team, analyzing requirements, and developing and testing applications to ensure they meet the business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop software solutions. Develop and maintain software applications using Java, Python, or other programming languages. Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure software quality and reliability. Troubleshoot and debug software issues, identifying and resolving defects in a timely manner. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong Testing knowledge, Java & SQL concepts8+ years of Hands-on experience in Automation using Java, SQL, SeleniumHands-on experience in SQL query writing using joins, sub queries, case statements, aggregate functions.Experience in Automation Framework Development & Optimizations, implementing Innovative solutions to existing codeHands on experience with Automation scripting, Excellent debugging & problem solving skillsTeam handling experience. Minimum 8-10 membersKnowledge on ETL testing and automation, technical acumen to understand data flowsExcellent team management skills and should be able to deliver effectively in Stressed and high pressure situationWorking experience in Git, Jenkins, TestNG/Junit, Maven and should be able to guide the team in case of merge conflicts, commit reversals etcGood communication Role involves communicating with multiple stakeholders and timely follow ups with internal & external teams Good To Have Skills:Experience in backend automationExperience in BDD/CucumberKnowledge / working experience in Azure DevOpsKnowledge on Linux systems and shell scripting Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Experience with test automation frameworks such as TestNG or JUnit. Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Selenium. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
