Project Role Description :Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work, contributing to the success of the projects and clients. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead the team in implementing best practices for SAP BODS & SAP Data Migration.- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality code.- Mentor junior team members in SAP BODS & SAP Data Migration techniques.- Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality standards. Proficiency in SAP BODS & SAP Data Migration.- Strong understanding of data integration and transformation processes.- Strong understanding of SAP Data Migration methodologies.- Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) methodologies.- Familiarity with database management systems and SQL.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.- Hands-on experience in SAP Data Migration tools and techniques.- Good To Have
Skills:

Experience with SAP S/4HANA Migration.- Knowledge of SAP Data Quality Management.
