You will play a crucial role in developing solutions that align with organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Develop and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Perform unit testing and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and functionality of developed applications.- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development.- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on application usage and functionalities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.- Strong understanding of CRM concepts and customization capabilities.- Experience in developing and deploying CRM solutions.- Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs.- Hands-on experience with CRM SDK and XRM toolbox.
