Must have skills : Adobe Target Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in developing solutions that align with organizational goals and enhance user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Develop and maintain applications using Adobe Target to enhance user experience. Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure smooth functionality. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to suggest improvements. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Target. Strong understanding of web development technologies and frameworks. Experience in designing and implementing scalable applications. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle. Good To Have Skills: Experience with A/B testing and personalization strategies. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Adobe Target. This position is based at our Hyderabad office. A 15 years full-time education is required.
