Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with expertise in React Native, Java 21, Spring Boot, and AWS to design and develop reusable, runtime-integrated components. These components will power seamless experiences across mobile, web, and integrated digital surfaces, enabling rapid delivery of personalized and scalable digital solutions.Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain modular, reusable components for cross-platform deployment.Develop and optimize React Native front-end interfaces for mobile and web.Familiarity with Camunda (BPM) Implement robust Java 21 + Spring Boot back-end services with a focus on performance and scalability.Integrate with AWS services (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3) to support cloud-native deployments.Collaborate with product, UX, and platform teams to ensure seamless integration across digital surfaces.Ensure components are secure, observable, and compliant with enterprise standards.Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning.Required Skills &
Qualifications:5+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development.Strong proficiency in React Native for cross-platform mobile/web development.Deep knowledge of Java 21 and Spring Boot for building scalable APIs and services.Hands-on experience with AWS (Lambda, ECS, S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, etc.).Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and event-driven architectures.Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/CDK).Strong understanding of software design patterns, testing, and DevOps practices.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.Preferred
Qualifications:Experience with micro frontends or component libraries with a focus on building reusable ReactNative components.Exposure to runtime integration patterns and use of Expo and or rePack.Knowledge of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and secure API design.
