Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing solutions that align with business objectives, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing support and enhancements to existing applications while staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesDefine and design end-to-end Salesforce architecture, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards.Collaborate with business and functional teams to analyze requirements and propose technical solutions.Lead technical design sessions; develop technical solution documentation, architecture diagrams, design patterns.Oversee Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration with external systems using APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.Provide guidance on best practices for data modeling, security, performance optimization, and platform governance.Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, etc.).Drive DevOps strategy, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and environment strategy for Salesforce projects.Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership throughout the SDLC.Stay updated with Salesforce releases, emerging technologies, and industry trends to ensure continuous improvement Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Salesforce Health Cloud. Experience with industry-specific clouds (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud Strong understanding of application development methodologies. Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for hybrid solution architecture. Experience working with large enterprise clients or global Salesforce implementations Salesforce System Architect / Application Architect / Integration Architect certifications Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) highly preferred.
