Must have skills : Microsoft Azure Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Good to have skills : NAMinimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Your role will require effective communication and coordination with stakeholders to align project goals and expectations, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Team player, good communication skills, critical thinking - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - 6 years of experience as a Platform Engineer or similar role, focusing on deploying, optimizing, and maintaining large-scale analytics platforms. Expertise in Azure DevOps skills. (Experience with CI/CD, preferably in Azure DevOps)- Experience in Terraform & Ansible - Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, particularly for deploying and managing data services. Good to know Python and Shell scripting. Knowledge of Role-Based Access Controls and Identity Access management (IAM).- Proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and staying updated with industry trends. Additional Information:Real-world experience in deploying, optimizing, and maintaining large-scale analytics platforms in production environments. Good understanding of network architecture and security. Qualification 15 years full time education
