Must have skills : Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Good to have skills : NA Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in developing solutions that align with organizational goals and objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop, test, and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications developed on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development. Assist in training end-users on the functionality and usage of applications developed. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. Experience in D365 Contact Center, Copilot Studio and Azure Open AI is preferred Strong understanding of CRM concepts and customization capabilities. Experience in developing and implementing CRM solutions. Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Familiarity with integration tools and techniques for Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. This position is based at our Pune office.
