Mandatory to have Workday Primary skill Related certification 15 years full time educationSummary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, analyzing business needs, and translating them into functional specifications. You will engage in discussions to refine application designs and ensure alignment with organizational goals, while also participating in testing and validation processes to guarantee that the applications meet the defined requirements effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for application designs and processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Recruiting. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday HCM and Workday Integration. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements. - Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Recruiting. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - Mandatory to have Workday Primary skill Related certification is required., Mandatory to have Workday Primary skill Related certification 15 years full time education
