Your typical day will involve collaborating with teams to design and develop applications that align with business needs and processes. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams Lead the design and development of applications Conduct regular team meetings to ensure project progress Stay updated on industry trends and best practices Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Extend Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Core Integrations Strong understanding of application design principles Experience in requirements gathering and analysis Knowledge of software development lifecycle Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Extend This position is based at our Hyderabad office A 15 years full time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
