Project Role : Application Designer Project Role Description : Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Must have skills : Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC) Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the application development process and contribute to the success of the project. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Design and develop applications based on business process and application requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Create technical specifications and design documents. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. Conduct unit testing and resolve defects. Participate in system integration testing and support user acceptance testing. Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Mentor and guide junior professionals in the team. candidate with a minimum of 9 years of experience as a Techno-Functional consultant in Oracle-EPM FCCS. candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing EPM cloud solutions, with at least 2 successful implementations Should be able to lead the implementation and configuration of FCCS solution within the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design the system architecture, and ensure successful deployment Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC). Experience in designing and developing applications based on business requirements. Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL. Knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM). Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and Oracle Essbase. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Oracle Financials Cloud (OFC). Experience in data modeling and performance tuning. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. experience to set up the FCCS application according to business requirements - defining hierarchies, metadata, calculation rules, translation process, journal setup, intercompany setup, task manager N security settingsUnderstanding of Income statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow setup, diff methods of consolidation N their calculations N disclosure Should have worked with configuring the EPM integration age, web forms, smart view N FR Studio reports, knowledge of loading data using Data Mgmt Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC). This position is based at our Mumbai office but should be ready to travel and work in shifts. A 15 years full time education is required. BE and/Finance background recommended.
