Must have skills : ServiceNow IT Service Management Good to have skills : NAMinimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, translating business needs into technical specifications, and ensuring that the applications align with organizational goals. You will engage in discussions to refine designs and iterate on solutions, ensuring that the applications are user-friendly and efficient. Your role will also include testing and validating applications to ensure they meet the defined requirements and provide value to the users. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application design.- Develop and document application specifications and design documents.- Participate in testing and validation of applications to ensure they meet business needs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.- Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.- Experience with business process modeling and requirements gathering.- Familiarity with software development life cycle and agile methodologies.- Ability to create user-friendly interfaces and enhance user experience. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
