Summary: As an Application Designer, you will play a crucial role in assisting teams to define requirements and design applications that align with business processes and application needs. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, brainstorming innovative solutions, and ensuring that the applications developed meet the specified requirements effectively. You will engage in discussions to refine application designs and contribute to the overall success of projects by ensuring that the applications are user-friendly and efficient. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS). - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with integration patterns and best practices. - Familiarity with cloud-based application development. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot application issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS). - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
