Application Consultant-ServiceNow

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Feature Development: Work on end-to-end development of features and resolve challenges during implementation.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to understand product issues and deliver solutions as per defined SLAs.
• Learning & Implementation: Stay updated with new technologies and implement them in feature development.
• ServiceNow Solutioning: Design and implement ServiceNow CSM solutions, including scoped applications and integrations.
• Integration Management: Develop and manage integration use cases in CSM applications using JDBC, SQL, SOAP, REST, or through Mid-Server.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Interact with clients and stakeholders to ensure solution alignment with business needs.
• Data & Global Scope Management: Apply deep understanding of ServiceNow global scope and foundational data structures such as Location, Organization, and CMDB.

Required Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Preferred Education:

• Master's Degree
