Roles & Responsibilities: The QA Manager should make substantive contributions to the QA team by suggesting process improvements and implementing/enhancing automation. He/she will be closely working with the PM. You will lead the testing team and will be accountable for quality across organization Attend calls with customers to discuss quality of products Keep management up to date on project status for testing Help the team in adopting latest SQA processes and trends Closely working with BA and development team Helping the automation team in updating automation framework with quality standards Work with team members and help them with technical/non-technical issues Mentor and help up new/ junior team members. Desired Candidate Profile QA Manager with 6-9 years of experience in software testing (automation and manual). Excellent knowledge of software testing life cycle. Should have hands on experience in API testing, test planning, test analysis, test design, construction and verification, testing cycles etc. Good verbal and written communication skills. Should be experienced in Automation testing using Appium, Postman, RestAssured etc. Experience with Unix/Linux environment. Experience working with databases like MySQL, writing queries and validating results Experience in performance testing using JMeter or some other tool. Knowledge of Devops tools like Jenkins will be an added advantage

Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. 2. User Research and Analysis: Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to optimize the design and improve the user experience. Analyze and present user research results to the product team and stakeholders. Translate user research into design solutions that address user needs and business goals. 3. Prototyping and Testing: Develop high-fidelity prototypes and conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions. Work with tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and other prototyping tools to create interactive prototypes. Iterate on designs based on user feedback, testing, and stakeholder input. 4. Visual Design: Design user interface elements such as icons, buttons, navigation components, and other visual elements. Ensure a consistent look and feel across all app screens and components. Maintain and extend our design system and style guide. 5. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, project teams and marketing, to deliver the best possible product experience. Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers clearly and effectively. Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews. 6. Quality Assurance: Conduct design reviews at different stages of the product development process to ensure the final product meets design standards and user expectations. Work closely with QA teams to ensure that the implemented designs are consistent with the original design intent. 7. Continuous Learning and Improvement: Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies. Participate in professional development opportunities and workshops to enhance your design skills. Desired Candidate Profile Any Graduate. 1 to 3 years of experience. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic & motion graphic design software.
