Job Summary As a SuccessFactors Story Report Expert, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive Story Reports within the SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics module. You will leverage your expertise to create insightful, user-friendly reports that help stakeholders make informed decisions and enhance organizational Responsibilities Development : Design and develop Story Reports using SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics. Utilize the Query Designer to create data sources and build queries for reports. Create visualizations, including charts, tables, and dashboards, that clearly communicate key Management : Integrate and blend data from multiple SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals). Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reports by conducting thorough testing and Collaboration : Work closely with HR, management, and other stakeholders to gather report requirements and translate them into actionable Story Reports. Provide training and support to end-users on how to run, interpret, and utilize reports Improvement : Stay updated on the latest features and best practices in SAP SuccessFactors Story Reporting. Implement enhancements and optimizations to existing reports based on user feedback and new Management : Manage the end-to-end process of report development projects, including planning, execution, and delivery. Ensure timely completion of projects and adhere to quality : Maintain detailed documentation for report development processes and Training and Support : Providing training and support to teams and end users on how to effectively use and interpret the SAP Story : SAP SuccessFactors certification or relevant coursework. The ideal candidate will drive project execution, coordinate between cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth delivery of our MVP and subsequent releases. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
