Job Summary As a SuccessFactors Story Report Expert, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive Story Reports within the SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics module. You will leverage your expertise to create insightful, user-friendly reports that help stakeholders make informed decisions and enhance organizational Responsibilities Development : Design and develop Story Reports using SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics. Utilize the Query Designer to create data sources and build queries for reports. Create visualizations, including charts, tables, and dashboards, that clearly communicate key Management : Integrate and blend data from multiple SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals). Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reports by conducting thorough testing and Collaboration : Work closely with HR, management, and other stakeholders to gather report requirements and translate them into actionable Story Reports. Provide training and support to end-users on how to run, interpret, and utilize reports Improvement : Stay updated on the latest features and best practices in SAP SuccessFactors Story Reporting. Implement enhancements and optimizations to existing reports based on user feedback and new Management : Manage the end-to-end process of report development projects, including planning, execution, and delivery. Job Description – Project Manager Location: Remote / Hybrid (Hyderabad preferred) Type: Freelance / Contract 📌 About the Role We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the development of our Hostel / Hospitality & Property Management SaaS Platform (Web + Mobile) . The ideal candidate will drive project execution, coordinate between cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth delivery of our MVP and subsequent releases. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Create and manage detailed project plans, sprints, and milestones . Coordinate between frontend, backend, design, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure alignment. Track progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures for timely delivery . Conduct regular stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives . Communicate updates, risks, and timelines to management and clients . Ensure project documentation, processes, and reports are always up-to-date. Foster a collaborative team environment with a focus on quality and efficiency . ✅ Requirements 5–9 years of proven experience in software project management . Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.). Demonstrated ability to manage web and mobile app projects end-to-end. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills . Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Experience working with cross-functional distributed teams .
