Role & responsibilities Plan and manage daily production activities to achieve shipment targets and quality standards. Prepare and execute line planning, production schedules , and manpower allocation in coordination with merchandising and quality teams. Monitor production processes to ensure efficient workflow and on-time delivery . Identify production bottlenecks and implement technical solutions for improved efficiency. Ensure adherence to buyer specifications, compliance, and quality norms. Manage and supervise a large team of line supervisors, operators, and helpers . Maintain discipline, motivate staff, and ensure a safe and productive work environment. Liaise with quality auditors, and senior management to meet all production-related commitments. Work closely with the IE (Industrial Engineering) team to improve productivity and reduce wastage. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree / Diploma in Garment Technology, Apparel Production, or related field. 812 years of experience in garment production, only in export-oriented units. Proven experience working with international buyers such as GAP, ZARA, H&M, and similar brands . Strong knowledge of production planning, line balancing, and quality standards . Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Technically sound with understanding of sewing, finishing, and garment construction. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with high accuracy. Compensation: Competitive salary package commensurate with experience and industry standards
