Senior Full Stack Developer – PHP / Laravel / React.js Company: App2Food Location: On-site – Gurgaon, Haryana Experience: 5–8+ years Employment Type: Full-time About App2Food App2Food is a technology platform focused on building modern, scalable solutions for the restaurant and food industry. We help restaurants manage online ordering, menus, kiosks, and customer experiences through robust web and mobile products. We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who can take technical ownership, lead by example in coding standards, and contribute to the architecture of our core products. Responsibilities · Lead the design and development of web applications using PHP (Laravel / CodeIgniter) and React.js. · Architect, build, and maintain RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations. · Work closely with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. · Optimize application performance (queries, caching, code structure) for high traffic and low latency. · Ensure responsive, cross-browser compatible UIs using React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3. · Design and optimize MySQL/MariaDB schemas, queries, and indexes. · Enforce coding standards, best practices, and code reviews for the team. · Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and rollout stable fixes. · Contribute to technical documentation, deployment guides, and internal tools. · Mentor junior developers and support the team in improving their skills and productivity. Must-Have Skills · 5–8+ years of professional experience in full stack / PHP development. · Strong expertise in: PHP (OOP, MVC), Laravel framework (queues, events, jobs, middleware, Eloquent), CodeIgniter or similar PHP MVC framework, React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+). · Solid experience with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap/Tailwind. · Good understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations. · Strong MySQL/MariaDB skills (joins, indexing, query optimization). · Hands-on experience with Git and standard branching/merge workflows. · Knowledge of web security best practices (auth, authorization, CSRF, XSS, SQL injection prevention). · Ability to own modules end-to-end – from design to deployment. Nice-to-Have · Experience with JWT / OAuth2 / Laravel Passport / Sanctum. · Knowledge of Redis/Memcached or other caching mechanisms. · Exposure to Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Linux-based deployments. · Experience with AWS / DigitalOcean / VPS environments. · Prior experience working on SaaS / multi-tenant applications.
