As a Low Code Engineer at Microsoft, you will be joining the dynamic team of the Business & Industry Copilots group, responsible for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite of products, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, AI Builder, and more. Your role will involve driving innovation and efficiency through low-code/no-code solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and integrating AI agents within production services. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deploy agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio - Utilize Azure AI Foundry for designing prompt flows and managing deployments via Azure DevOps CI/CD - Engage with business stakeholders to translate objectives into program requirements and technical specifications - Design and implement agentic workflows with a prototype-first mindset for rapid prototyping - Build and manage data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse/Fabric - Perform data preparation, transformation, and analysis with SQL - Craft, optimize, and maintain effective prompts to ensure reliable agent behavior - Design and manage automation workflows using Power Automate Flows - Track adoption, success, and engineering metrics of deployed solutions Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field - Experience: 3-5 years in data analytics or data engineering, ~1-year hands-on experience with agent development - Technical Skills: Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Azure AI Foundry, SQL/Python, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Power Automate, Azure DevOps - Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers If you are excited about collaborating with a diverse engineering team, enabling end-to-end business scenarios using cutting-edge technologies, and solving challenging problems for large scale 24x7 business SaaS applications, this opportunity at Microsoft Customer Experience - CXP is for you.
