App Builder II (Data)

As a Low Code Engineer at Microsoft, you will be an integral part of the Business & Industry Copilots group, contributing to the development and deployment of innovative automated workflows and user interactions using low-code/no-code solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents within production services, driving efficiency and innovation within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Build and deploy agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio. - Utilize Azure AI Foundry to design prompt flows and manage deployments via Azure DevOps CI/CD. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate objectives into program requirements and technical specifications. - Design and implement quick agentic workflows with a prototype-first mindset to gather early feedback. - Build and manage data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse/Fabric. - Perform data preparation, transformation, and analysis with SQL. - Craft, optimize, and maintain effective prompts to ensure reliable agent behavior. - Design and manage automation workflows using Power Automate Flows. - Track adoption, success, and engineering metrics of deployed solutions for performance measurement. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field. - Experience: 3-5 years in data analytics or data engineering, with approximately 1-year hands-on experience in agent development (Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, or similar tools). - Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Azure AI Foundry, SQL/Python, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Power Automate, and Azure DevOps. - Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
