Job Description

As an App Automation Eng Associate at Accenture, you will be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. Your role will involve providing innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. You will work closely with the sales, offering, and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. Your responsibilities will include working on major sub-deals such as AHO (Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), and Intelligent Automation to automate business processes using Robotic Process Automation Tools like Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere. This will also involve utilizing Cognitive RPA technologies like OCR, NLP, ML/AI, and API Integrations to provide automation in processes. You will be required to write code using scripting languages such as C, VB.NET, Python, etc., to assist in automations. Additionally, you will design architecture of automation solutions and RPA tools to create process flows, write code, and develop technical documentation for end-to-end automation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Utilize Automation Anywhere tools for automation processes - Establish strong client relationships - Collaborate effectively within a team - Handle disputes efficiently - Work on automation in Application Maintenance roles **Qualifications Required:** - BE/Any Graduation Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts to fulfill the responsibilities effectively.,
