We are hiring an Amazon Account Specialist to handle and grow our Amazon.com account. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with all aspects of Amazon Global Selling and be able to manage operations independently. Key Responsibilities: -Create and optimize product listings. -Develop and manage A+ Content. -Handle the reimbursement process for short/incorrect receiving by Amazon. -Manage ungating processes for restricted categories. -Prepare and manage invoicing for export shipments. -Ensure smooth operations and compliance with Amazon policies. -Monitor account health, resolve issues, and boost overall sales performance. Requirements: -Proven expertise in Amazon Global Selling. -Strong knowledge of listings, A+ content, ungating, and reimbursements. -Fluency in English (must be able to handle telephonic conversations confidently). -Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central tools and reporting. -Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
