API/ Mobile Application Developer

Role Overview: You will be involved in creating best-in-class applications for the iOS and Android platforms, catering to smartphones and tablets. The complexity and high-performance requirements of this domain present interesting challenges, pushing you to constantly evolve and delve into areas where few have ventured. Your responsibilities will include participation in the complete application development cycle, with opportunities to lead teams and showcase your skills in client interaction and project management. Key Responsibilities: - Delivering across the entire app lifecycle, including requirement development, architecture design, communication protocol development, user interface design inputs & review, code reviews, testing, release, and support - Preparing various documents such as requirements analyses, design documents, release notes, and user guides while collaborating closely with other team members - Reviewing wireframes and storyboards to ensure proper design considerations align with specific operating systems and platform/system constraints - Collaborating with front-end developers to build interfaces with a focus on usability features - Designing and implementing mobile applications - Unit-testing code for usability, general reliability, and performance optimization - Conducting user-acceptance testing to ensure ease of use, speed, and accuracy - Developing test protocols and procedures for design verification - Updating, repairing, modifying, and enhancing existing software and applications - Being open to expanding responsibilities beyond those mentioned above as required Qualification Required: - Experience with mobile development using web technologies - Experience in web service integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML) - Good understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns - Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, and PHP - Knowledge of information architecture, human-computer interaction, and mobile usability design principles - For iOS: Strong object-oriented design and programming skills in Objective-C; familiarity with iOS SDK (UIKit, Cocoa Touch, Core Data, Core Location, etc.), Xcode - For Android: Strong object-oriented design and programming skills in Java (J2EE/J2ME); knowledge of Android SDK, SQLite, MySQL, or similar database management systems, Eclipse skills - Creative thinking and attention to detail - Open-mindedness to adapt to different technologies and frameworks - Flexibility and self-motivation - Ability to multitask effectively Additional Company Details: Industry: Health Tech Job Type: Full-time Benefits: - Cell phone reimbursement - Health insurance - Leave encashment - Paid sick time Education: - Bachelor's degree preferred Experience: - Total work experience of 2 years preferred Work Location: In-person,
