Job Description

We are looking for a skilled API Developer with 5-11 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure RESTful and SOAP APIs. This position is based in Mumbai.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, develop, and maintain RESTful and SOAP APIs.
Implement API standards, including security, authentication, and data integrity.
Create and manage API documentation for internal and external developers.
Integrate APIs with internal systems, third-party services, and external platforms.
Monitor and optimize API performance, ensuring low latency and high availability.
Develop and execute unit, integration, and end-to-end tests for APIs.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in developing and managing RESTful and SOAP APIs.
Strong programming skills in JavaScript, Python, Node.js, .NET, or Java.
Experience with API management platforms such as Postman, Swagger, and Apigee.
Knowledge of security best practices, including OAuth 2.0 and JWT.
Understanding of data exchange formats like JSON and XML.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Strong understanding of version control systems like Git.
Must have experience in developing a dedicated API platform for third parties.
