Our Flagship Product is the Krishe Smart kit (Also known as Simha Kit), which is an IoT-based offering for tractor owners, more specifically the "Rental Entrepreneurs" (RE) who rent out their tractor as a means to earn income. Checkout: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9TYggMgEDzM Responsibilities: • Familiarize yourself with our product and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers. • Initiate recharge sales by contacting existing customers via phone and promoting the benefits of our recharge services. • Listen attentively to customers, understand their concerns, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the relevant department for further assistance. • Achieve monthly and daily Recharge sales targets to contribute to the team's overall success. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the customer database accordingly. • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns. • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Requirements and skills • Fluency in Hindi, Marathi, Kannada, and Telugu (both verbal and written) to effectively communicate with customers. • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a customer service or call center environment. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and provide clear and concise information to customers. • Excellent problem-solving skills to address customer issues and find suitable resolutions. • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet monthly and daily Recharge sales goals. • Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate customer records and handle multiple tasks efficiently. • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and work schedules. • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
