Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and record all incoming pharmaceutical stock using SAP (GRN creation, stock posting). Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory levels in SAP MM module . Ensure proper storage conditions in compliance with Good Storage Practices (GSP) . Follow FEFO/FIFO methods for inventory issuance and track product batches & expiry dates. Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile with SAP records. Issue materials to production or dispatch teams as per requirements, ensuring accurate documentation. Prepare documentation for stock movement: GRN, Issue Slips, Delivery Notes, Return Notes , etc. Maintain proper labeling, segregation, and cleanliness of the store. Assist during internal/external audits and ensure compliance with regulatory and SOP standards . Identify and report stock discrepancies, damages, or non-compliance issues to the supervisor.
