Role Description This is a full-time Site Engineer Civil role based in Ahmedabad with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The Site Engineer Civil will oversee and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring that projects adhere to quality standards, deadlines, and budgets. Responsibilities include collaborating with the construction team, conducting quality inspections, managing resources, and providing technical expertise in civil and structural engineering. The role also requires maintaining clear communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Qualifications Proven experience in on-site project management and execution Strong communication skills for effective coordination with team members and stakeholders Proficiency in quality control processes and maintaining adherence to industry standards Solid technical knowledge in structural engineering and civil engineering Ability to handle responsibilities independently while collaborating in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Familiarity with construction methodologies and relevant software tools is a plus
