Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Control System Engineer to Design, Develop, and Maintain Control systems and Automation solutions for industrial processes.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PLC, HMI, SCADA Systems. Key Responsibilities: Design, configure, and test Control Systems including PLC (Siemens, Rockwell, Delta, Mitsubishi, etc.) and SCADA (WinCC, Wonderware, etc...) Develop I/O lists, control philosophies, logic diagrams, and instrumentation wiring. Prepare and review technical documentation including datasheets, P&IDs, and loop diagrams. Perform installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Control Systems on-site. Integrate control systems with HMI/SCADA and other automation platforms. Collaborate with process, mechanical, and electrical teams to ensure systems meet functional requirements. Support preventive maintenance, calibration, and fault-finding activities. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards. Requirements: Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering.2–5 years of relevant experience in Control Systems Projects. Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Ladder Logic, Function Block) and SCADA/HMI development. Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP). Experience with field instrumentation and calibration tools.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Willingness to travel to project sites as needed. Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Engineer for achieving sales and order booking targets in Control systems and Automation for industrial processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Sales experience with PLC, HMI, SCADA Systems. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for achieving sales and order booking targets in the assigned region. Prepare and implement business plans monthly, quarterly and annually. Create and execute account plans for all the customers and update them on a quarterly basis. Develop new customers in the assigned region by using a solution sales approach through customer visits/ calls. Planning and forecasting of sales on a weekly/monthly/quarterly, and yearly basis for assigned customers Increase in-house business shares in existing customers. Responsible for conducting presentations for key customers. Requirements: B.E., Diploma, MBA (in any stream) is preferred. 2- 3 Years of Experience in the field of Industrial Automation, Oil & Gas, Pharma, Food Processing, etc. PLC, HMI, SCADA, Servo, Sensors, Components, Basic Knowledge. Conveyors, Robotics, Safety, Vision Knowledge (Added Advantage). Experience in dealing with OEMs and EUs. Experience in dealing with Channel Partners, Direct Customers, and System Integrators. Good Presentation Skills. Efficient Negotiation Skills. 10 - 30% Overseas Travel. 60 - 70 % Travel within the region assigned.
