This role involves leading the division, driving sales growth, and ensuring end-to-end customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and grow the Hydraulic Division for brand ENERPAC • Identify and generate new business opportunities. • Finalize deals and execute projects Qualifications & Skills: • Proven experience in industrial sales, preferably in hydraulics or related fields. Experince of industial selling in Cement, Hydro power, steel and similar heavy industries is must. • Strong business development and negotiation skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
