Conduct sampling and testing of raw materials (cement, sand, aggregates, water, admixtures) as per standard procedures. Monitor batching operations to ensure correct mix design and consistent concrete quality. Perform slump tests, cube casting, and other fresh concrete tests at plant and site. Prepare and maintain test reports, cube test records, and shift-wise quality logs. Monitor curing and conduct compressive strength tests for concrete cubes as per schedule. Check calibration of batching plant and lab equipment and ensure proper upkeep. Ensure compliance with relevant IS codes (e.g., IS 456, IS 4926, IS 383). Coordinate with site engineers and customers for quality-related feedback and technical support. Record and report any deviations or non-conformities to the QC Manager. Support in customer complaint resolution and corrective action implementation.
