Role Description We are seeking a full-time Business Development Executive for an on-site role at our Nagpur office. The responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, maintaining and managing client accounts, and building strong relationships with potential and existing customers. The role also involves preparing business proposals and contributing to the company's revenue growth through strategic initiatives. Qualifications Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation Strong skills in Account Management and Client Relationship Development Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills Goal-oriented mindset with an understanding of business strategies and sales principles Proficiency in analyzing market trends to identify opportunities Prior experience in business development or sales is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
