Job Title: Advocate Experience: Minimum 3-5 years (preferred in trust laws and deed registrations) About Us: We are a reputed Chartered Accountancy firm with a strong presence in taxation, accounts, and regulatory services. To strengthen our legal advisory offerings, we are looking to onboard an experienced Advocate with expertise in formation of private trust and succession matters. Key Responsibilities: Draft and vet trust deeds, amendments, and related legal documents. Handle registrations with the relevant authorities. Understand client requirements through on-site visits when required. Provide tailored legal structuring and advisory based on client-specific needs. Coordinate with the internal team and external stakeholders for seamless service delivery. Key Requirements: Strong drafting skills, especially related to Trusts, Societies, and related instruments. Experience in trust deed drafting and registration. Willingness to travel to client locations locally, as part of consultation. Professional communication and client handling skills.
