Job Title: :Front Office Management: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors. Answer and direct incoming calls and emails. Administrative Support: Provide support to managers and teams with documentation, scheduling, and data entry. Organize and maintain office files, records, and databases. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence. Office Supply & Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain office supplies; reorder as necessary. Coordinate with vendors for equipment maintenance and office supplies. Scheduling & Calendar Management: Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference rooms. Manage calendars for senior staff and team coordination. Facility Management: Ensure office cleanliness and upkeep by coordinating with housekeeping/maintenance. Manage office utilities and liaise with building management. Onboarding & HR Coordination (if applicable): Support HR with onboarding of new employees. Help maintain employee records and timesheets. Event & Travel Coordination: Assist in organizing internal events, training sessions, or meetings. Book travel and accommodations when required. Compliance & Safety: Ensure the office complies with company policies and local laws. Maintain emergency contact lists and safety procedures. Support Finance Team (optional): Handle petty cash, expense reports, and invoice submissions.
