As a Schedule Administrator at Anuvu, you will play a crucial role in ordering and scheduling movie, TV, and alternate media for entertainment systems used by our airline customers. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the right content is selected, ordering media preparation, managing licensing orders, and creating and sending purchase orders. You will be tasked with scheduling content based on airlines" approved titles, ensuring correct versions, languages, and assets are chosen. Additionally, you will need to trigger work orders for all titles, manage schedule changes in response to exceptions, provide schedule data for editorial translations and metadata creation, generate purchase orders for licensed materials, and maintain an up-to-date schedule database for accurate onboard content representation. To excel in this role, you should have a keen interest in movie and TV content, possess the ability to efficiently manage and prioritize a high volume of data entry tasks, and ideally, have an understanding of digital media. Fluency in English is essential, and you should be willing to attend meetings outside of core hours.
