Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for a Sales & Service Engineer. The Sales & Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting and providing field service, offering technical support, and performing maintenance and repairs. Daily tasks include engaging with clients to understand and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal performance of products, and maintaining detailed service records. Qualifications \n Troubleshooting and Field Service skills Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients and team members Technical Support skills to assist with resolving technical issues Maintenance & Repair skills for ensuring product performance Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field Experience in the railway or industrial supply sector is a plus
